What does the starting price include?+
A standard gable shed built on-site with 6′ walls, pressure-treated floor framing, AdvanTech flooring, LP SmartSide siding, PVC trim, architectural shingles, double doors, and TuffBlock foundation support. The number of TuffBlocks increases with the shed size and is confirmed for the property.
Are windows included?+
No. Windows are an optional upgrade priced at $200 each.
Can you paint the shed and offer different shingles?+
Yes. A painted finish with your selected color is available by custom quote. You can also choose from available architectural-shingle colors or request a different shingle style.
How much are ramps, lofts, and workbenches?+
A heavy-duty ramp is $250. A 32″-deep storage loft is $15 per linear foot and normally runs across the width of the shed. A built-in workbench is $150.
Can I get taller walls?+
Yes. Upgrade to 7′ walls for $2.50 per floor square foot or 8′ walls for $3.50 per floor square foot.
Do you build the shed at my home?+
Yes. We bring the materials and build on your prepared site, making access easier and opening up more design flexibility.
How do I prepare the site?+
We’ll talk through access, grade, and the best foundation approach before the build.
How long does a build take?+
Many standard sheds can be completed quickly once materials and site preparation are ready.
